History

The Hunters are thought to have been founded at some point during the 1st Era after the founding of the Warriors Guild by a subset that decided to dedicate themselves to Oria for life. The first recorded instance of the guild is in 91 AC when its first Master Warrior Naenar Petkas met with the King of Elmawood in his court.

Second Era

After the founding of the First Empire of Snow the Hunters of Oria spread to the other provinces in Erilel. As such smaller subsets created their own headquarters in other capital cities and the new title of Lord Warrior was created. Lord Warriors are the leaders of their respective Reserves in the other provinces besides Elmawood.   The second known Master Warrior, Jilius Demancus, wrote the book 'Silver Tongues and Bloody Hands- A biography of Naenar Petkas'. This book became notorious and was banned by the Warriors Guild as it exposed some of their worst practices.   During the first rebellion, the current leader of the hunters refused to help the rebels until they proved they could win the war. After the Battle of the River of Ghosts the leader, whos name has been lost to history, joined in the rebellion. After the Second Empire was founded the hunters were not penalised for their assistance in the rebellion.

Third Era

When the Dragon Empire was founded and the earth dragons moved to Elmawood, many of their riders joined the hunters as they also worshipped Oria. Not much is known about the activity of the Hunter's of Oria during the third era. The next recorded instance of them appearing is their refusal to join in the Great Rebellion and instead helping the riders and dragons.

Fourth Era

After the dragons fell the hunters joined the rest of the province in the Elven Rebellion. Yusi Onip, the leader at the time, signed off on the Elven Alliance and was one of the first members of the Elven Court. From this moment and up till now the hunters have stayed mostly to themselves, the only change has been an expansion of the Peritian Reserve and the naming of Kise Resul as the Master Warrior.
