Istar is bordered the Darkfall Mountain range to the south and west. Bordered by the Ska Ea(Fog Sea) to the north-east. The capitol of Istar, Scotleigh, is located near the Great Ice Lake underneath a glacier. It is a part of the Empire of Man and is governed by Perite.Geography/Fauna/Flora
Most of Istar is frozen wasteland with large glaciers and dead tree forests. The most prominent feature of the land is a large glacier under which the capitol is located. Some of the fauna of this province include Snow Bears, Golden Seals, Silver Seals, Drahin and Snow Foxes. Along with the fauna a lot of the flora is similar of Perite along with Snow Firs, Elven Moss and Dragon Tongue Flowers (a relative of Dragon Flowers). Black Stone-berries and red Stone-berries are also common.Short History
The Snow Elves arrived here in 40 AC and built their capitol, Scotleigh under the largest glacier with magic. In 1000 AC the Snow Elf king Kolvar created the first Empire of Snow. That empire lasted for 1000 Years until the First Rebellion when Empress Leena was killed in the capitol. In 2150 AC King Vaeril II created the Second Empire of Snow. Istar was conquered by the Dragon Riders in 2251 AC and joined the rebellion against them in 2751 AC. They are the only Elven Province who remained in the Empire of Man after the rebellion.Structure
