Aloah-Tow

Aloah-Tow is the unofficial capital of Tóliah, built out of a need for a permanent settlement for the young, sick, elderly, and those who choose to not migrate. A Small but striking city of craft wooden buildings and huge fabric canopies.

Demographics

Mostly made up of Centaurs, though this city sees a large number of other races living here. The wealth classes tend to be quite equal, due to the nomadic and spiritual nature of the Tóliah people wanting to help others.

Government

The Elders of the nation, those who have experienced the most number of migrations and are most spiritual, lead this city and the nation as a whole.
