The Astral Sea

The Astral Sea is a plane of space and magic which contains a number of smaller dimensional planes and worlds. It is the largest plane within the universe with huge distances between the worlds, planes and debris within it.

Geography

The Astral Sea is an open space with zero gravity. The dark expanse is dotted with distant stars and galaxies. There is no real atmosphere, or wind or air, and yet people can still breathe up here. The Sea is sparsely filled with planets, invisible pocket dimensional planes, and debris from the construction of the universe.

Localized Phenomena

Storms of wild magic sometimes roam through the astral sea.
