Iudica

Iudica the Glittering Heaven is the sixth level of Mount Celestia, located metaphysically just below the Garden. Iudica is tasked with administrating and governing all the countless beings of Heaven. It has no single steward, but rather is overseen by the Council of Vision. Defense of Iudica is left in the hands of Sealtiel the Defender, who is the patron of Shield Archons

Geography

Iudica is covered in hills that are studded with precious gemstones that glitter in the light. Iudica is actually a vault lined floor to ceiling with huge rubies and garnets that give off a glow like a hearth fire.
