Bugbear

Bugbears can be found in a variety of occupations though, like the Hobgoblin, mostly in martial or supply/protection occupations. Martial occupations can range from the classic soldier, guard or mercenary to more supply-based occupations such as accompanying supply chain of food and supplies or hunting.
Bugbears take great pride in their chosen occupation, as it is a mark of their control over their own destiny rather than being relegated to the violent, savage and distained role their forbears would have played in the old world.
Bugbears rarely stay in the clans/family groups in which they are raised, preferring instead to lead independent lives where they can choose their companions and path.
