Tenets of Faith
Rillifane guides those who would maintain the sanctity of nature, protecting it from those who would ravage the riches of the forests and leave destruction in their wake.
In particular, overseeing the wellbeing of Wild Elves who are so deeply in touch with nature itself. He has a few temples in the form of great Oak trees, and shrines in the form of smaller Oaks that are not yet grown enough to house entire temples, but there are also groves which are formed in his name, serving as a sacred place for Wood and Wild Elves to conduct marriages; funerals and other ceremonies.
Holidays
The Budding is a celebration held upon the eve of the Spring Equinox, it is a joyous celebration of new life celebrated through dance and song in Oak groves in the hearts of forests. A ritual hunt is held on this eve and a single stag will be caught to celebrate the vitality of Rillifane's bounty.
The Wilting is a celebration to mark the coming of the Autumnal Equinox, when the world changes from one natural phase to another. It is a time of dancing and spiritual rebirth, with the promise that Spring will come again.
Divine Goals & Aspirations
The Great Oak draws energy from all the living creatures of the world and nourishes, sustains and protects them from outside threats. Live in harmony with the natural world, allowing each living being the opportunity to serve out its natural purpose in life.
As the Leadlord's countless branches, his faithful are to serve as mortal agents in the natural world. Defend the great forests from those who would seek to ravage their riches, leaving on destruction in their path.
