Inquisitor Alistar

Alistar is the leader of the followers of Kali, they have been the driving force behind the change in priorities to hunt mages rather than protect innocents against the dangers of magic. Instead he believes that all mages born or otherwise will eventually be corrupted by their magic and think themselves above even the gods. Alistar has lost much because of mages that practiced darker arts, those mages have forever hardened his heart against those who have the gift even if they are helping him. Despite how hard he is on mages Alistar is beloved by the men under his command, he has faced devils and other mages alike defending even the lowest among his recruits to the death and without regard for his own life. While most knight commanders and their lieutenants hate him for his lack of respect for the chain of command they cannot punish him or kick him out without all of his men walking with him.
