Vivian Decard is the current Archmagi of the Sothern Mage Conglomerate and rules over the southern mages of the world. While her position affords her great power and the ability to shape the minds of mages and non mages around the world she has not used this position to elevate herself in any capacity, instead she has used her position to create an actual position in the royal court to give herself political power. While she is a intense woman she is very empathetic to those less fortunate than herself and gives a lot of her coin and time to help the needy. Many of her mages dispise her due to her lack of regard for the independence of mages in the world as she has adviced many times that the conglomerate disband and fully submit to the word of the reigning king or queen of the southern shores.
