Isle of Madmen

The Isle of Madmen is a small Island southwards from The Charneault Kingdom.
before the Great Expansion its was used as a prison and asylum to elven misfits which were experimented on by the elven house of Kaazri. the Astral Elves also built the Kaazri-Spire, a garguantuan structure made of starmetal, towering over the island. it is mainly populated by the experiments of the Kaazri, Simic Hybrids, which overthrew them and claimed the small island for themselves. would it not be for the magical tower the island is relatively ressourceless with only a small wood and no great mountainridges or similiar structures.
