Magic Items and artifacts

Magical items are uncommon to rare in the world. Day to day life is not influence by magic. The crafting and forging of Magical items is usually reserverd to the (Royal) Elite, Mage Guilds, Adventurer's Guilds, Temple and other institutes. Some states like the Eximiam Consilium create, research and collect Magical items. But most countries have their ways of enchanting and building new magical items.  Another way to find Magical Items is the exploration of the world, mainly the Ruins of the Time of Strife. The days that the Old Ones still ruled the world and magic use was explosive.
