Gargling Drowner

Deep in the flooded darkness of the Howling Cave the Gargling Drowner has clawed its way to the top of the food chain. The many paddle-like tentacles allow the creature to move with astonishing speed through the underground lakes and rivers, perfectly adapted to the terrain.
The Drowners specialty is sneaking up on unsuspecting prey from below or above and then in one swift move drags it underwater. There the creature pins its prey to the ground, slowly and agonizingly drowning it.
