Howling Cave

The Howling Cave is a deep cavern in the Great Tear. It formed in 1772 Shadow Era when the huge flooding of the Mylendale valley carved through the landscape.
The cave has a jagged, fang-like entrance and a long dark body, overgrown with Sharp-thorned Creeping Redbrush. With just the right amount of wind, the cave entrance produces a low howling sound that vibrates through the valley.
To this day, nobody dared explore the cave for rumor has it there may be even darker creatures than the Redbrush in the depths of the abyss.
