Mooncake
A mooncake is a baked good that is usually made and eaten during the festive activities of the Lunar Reunion. It has a shell made from dough and can be filled with sweet or savory ingredients. Mooncakes are usually pressed into a two-part wooden mold before baking, providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

- Mix water and honey thoroughly before adding the grain powder and oil.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until a soft but non-sticky dough has formed.
- Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll the dough into thin, round sheets and place a small portion of filling on it.
- Encase the filling within the dough and press the newly formed ball within the two-part wooden mold
