This prophecy was told by Filverel Kearis after he had a vision. The prophecy got written on scrolls and was sent to each settlement and clan leader accommodating a nature warden in the area.

Interpretation

The shape-shifting mage is a sapient creature that can magically shift into several animal shapes. It isn't known if those animal shapes are limited to a specific size or if they are endlessly variable.
The life-giving grove sanctuary is said to be one of the wardens' sanctuaries or the surrounding forest of them. Therefore the guardian was interpreted to be the nature warden that corresponds to the affected sanctuary.

Historical Basis

After the settlement and clan leaders had received the prophecy scroll, they convened a crisis meeting to discuss how to protect the nature wardens and consequently, the balance of the soul energy network. They have settled on the decision to pass down an order which grants each Nature Warden a personal protector from the local martial guild or academy.
Until today the predicted event hasn't occurred, but the prophecy doesn't contain a particular date when it should happen.
