Toxic Shlubbery Slime

The ruins of Mylendale and the Great Tear provide the perfect feasting and breeding ground for the Toxic Shlubbery Slime, commonly known as just Shlub.   The splotchy blob-like creatures can’t move very fast. Instead they just sit somewhere and wait with eternal endurance, until some poor animal walks onto them. Immediately the Shlub releases toxic nerve poison, paralyzing its prey.   Once the prey is trapped, the Shlub starts its feeding process. Slowly engulfing the whole thing with its stretchable body, then taking days or even weeks to digest every last bit.
