Yeast Water

Yeast water is a leavening agent that is used, among other things, for bread baking and the production of mead.

Manufacturing Process

  1. Fill the container or bottle with water.
  2. Add the honey, close the bottle and shake it to dissolve the sugar in the water.
  3. Add the cut-up plant material and shake it again.
  4. Seal the container or bottle loosely to prevent any pressure explosions
  5. Let it sit for at least a week at room temperature while shaking it thoroughly once each day
