Armun the Miser

Armun is the appointed Governor of the Strashya Atoll, where he presides over the establishment of the Jhoutigari outpost at Dank'k Nejek'ken, and heads the search for Xetto tel Rakuni.

He is eager to execute his plans for the Atoll, but cannot do it until either Xetto is caught or surrenders, or if another member of the family steps in on his behalf. Xetto's family negotiated for an extension and to have another family member take over, but if Zaffir cannot solve this situation, Armun will be given the resources and right to claim Strashya under marshall law.

This may be his first experience with colonization, but he is a third-generation colonist of an experienced colinist family, and has big plans for the rich resources of the atoll.
