The Sutter Shootout
The Sutter Shootout occured when the Sacramental Migration of 20XX was betrayed from within by raiders during a monsoon, who stole supplies and Malcolm and headed west towards Sonoma. The Sacramental turned their firearms on the raiders, and in the confusion a messy shootout followed, leading to many dead and left abandoned as the raiders made their escape.
