The Undercrown and the leaders are well known by the Shields and Crown's Shields within Jaahil and throughout Stellify. Though many members of the Undercrown have been jailed or fined none of the leaders have. There has not been any evidence that they are in fact the leaders nor is there evidence they have been connected to any crime. It is rumored that they have employed high level wizards to cast magic symbols/flowers that are 'carved' on the sides of the buildings in which they own. It has been told that the flowers do not show up for those who are loyal to Queen or have the intention of outing the Undercrown.

Structure

The Undercrown controls the following: Thieves Guild, Assassins Guild, Sonder Eden, and the Midnight Market. Inez is the leader of all, but there are specific leaders of each of the 'guilds'.

Culture

The Undercrown leaders are female (this includes trans women- as they are women) or non-binary people. Men are not allowed to be of rank within the Undercrown. The men are the workers, gathers, and companions. The organization is not evil necessarily, but has more of a chaotic flare. And profit of course.
Inez, the leader, is a woman of symbolism and if you are in the know it shines throughout the Undercrown and all of their businesses. Each of the guilds has a flower to represent them. The Bee Balm flower for Sonder Eden, Tiger Lily for the Midnight Market, Gladiolus for the Assassins Guild, and the Snapdragon for the Thieves Guild.
