Quill is often depicted as:
A well built, slim male slightly elven looking human with many black features.
A bird-humanoid mix that can fly and looks like a raven but is the size and can do what most humans can do.
An actual bird, most commonly a raven, flying about watching humanity as it learns
Body Features
Pale white skin, black hair.
Bird forms are always with jet black feathers.
Facial Features
Longer face, eyebrows almost always with one raised. Fairly large beard.
More humanoid bird form is still rather human like, but with a beak and feathers. Full bird looks like a raven's head.

Ambidextrous, slow ideal walk.

When contacting people, Quill speaks frantically and often into tangents of knowledge that, while maybe interesting, tends to not be relevant. This leads to Quill's speech being a more high pitched, ranting like speech, often not including formalities.
