(The peddler is caught smoking this blunt and is surprised by the players entry and attempts to hide it from them) when pushed he can be convinced to let them try some of the smoke but tells them not to touch the rabbit.
Weed of Dr.hops (aka Hajde) (non magical property hence identify doesn't work) When consumed causes a hallucination of a talking rabbit the rabbit is very morbid speaking of death the end of time and cursed magics, when talking to the rabbit it offers deals desiring strange favours many of which seem harmless but have untold danger however can offer information on cursed things which often lead true. The Dr.hops also enjoys being petted however this has a often lethal effect. (We can demonstrate this by sacrificing a club member who accidentally inhales the smoke and is tempted into touching the rabbit turning them into a demon roll for inactive)
Joey Nicks a forgettable hire of the red club is caught trying to look through the the key hole of the peddlers room, when questioned on why he says; "well it because he has something something I think ill be interested in... he comes in signing and dancing then askes me for some of my rolling paper 'like for Tabaco ''cause he knows I smoke' he then locked himself in there and my hope is that i can get a good deal on whatever he's smoking", "you guys of got a master key right think you could let me in?" 
The room is filled with thick haze on inhaling you must make a DC13 Wis or Con save (Joey Nicks fails) or start hallucinating under the effects of the Hajde (Dr.hops does not appear instantly it takes time and a relatively high dosage for him to show its about a 5% chance per puff of the Hajde.), on hearing the door open the peddler says "No no no this is me time not time for business you must leave and close door" if he notices the party or nicks entering he says "no no much danger you must not breath the gas very bad for others only for peddler" and if he believes someone has inhaled the smoke he gets scared "No no no no you must leave at once sober up you shall, touch the rabbit you must not, do not let the rabbit into your mind, do not listen to its words to its lies, rabbit bad ,DO NOT TOUCH THE RABBIT".
Joey tries to buy some of the Hajde from the peddler however he doesn't offer a price and refuses to sell so Joey steals one of the rolls leaving the peddlers room still high. he leaves to his room and begins to smoke the Hajde if unnoticed he will get in contact with Dr.hops and after combining the Hajde with his "green Tabaco" decides to pet the rabbit. audible screams of pain echo through the club coming from Joeys room, on arriving at the scene he is completely transformed into a demon and is hostile to all creatures.
