Temple of Silence

Within Kansoon the Temple of Silence is meant to be a silent place for those too reflect on there deeds and get away from the busy city center but its also used as a safe place to exchange magic goods as its heavily guarded and there is a mandatory silence when in the area (violators of these rules will be forcibly removed from the premises and if they resist will be restrained with magic)
