Town of Menorin

The town of Menorin in Falion sits in the forested foothills of the Green Mountains. Goblins, ogres, and other forces lurk just beyond the walls, eager to enslave the populace or steal the treasures of Falion. If it were not for the stout defenders and the adventurers that come through here, many in the kingdom would indeed fall prey to these evils. Exceptional and brave individuals join battle to stave off the darkness. Bold adventurers set off for this March to seek their fortune. Provided they survive the challenge, it is these people who meet the forces of evil in a testing ground where only the fittest survive. Those who return are skilled, tried in the fires of combat, hardened and more fit.
The town of Menorin looms from atop a sheer cliff of stone, accessible from one winding road. It is one of the strongholds between the kingdom and the wilderness.

Demographics

Almost all of the permanent residents of Menorin are human. Most are poor, and a few manage to be middle class.

Government

The castellan oversees the bailiff. Overall, though, Menorin is ruled by Lady D'mis, the baroness.

Defences

Walls and towers, as well as the keep, serve to defend Menorin from attackers.
