Many of the Exodus ships were sponsored and built by corporations with pockets deep
enough to foot the massive costs. The ships were then filled with executives, shareholders,
key technical Personnel, and their families. They set forth to find a new home and dominate the stars
Over a couple generations, collecting wealth into a single entity for increased political
power became key to directing the course of their fledgling society. Then a group of
shareholders decided that there was an inefficiency that could be cut out, and voted as a
corporation instead of individuals. After the initial success of their trick, other corporations
followed suit, which quickly lead to a disenfranchisement of the individual.
PFS gained its power by being the first to truly dominate supplying functional, robust equipment to those colonising new worlds. This allowed them to forge a reputation and eventually forge an empire. The PFS succeeded through a ruthless focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Their machinery is robust and mass produced. It is known for being resilient and ideal for true harsh frontier environments.
After centuries dominating the machinery supply to colonists following the Exodus by partnering with a small geneticist named Daniel Shonia who was offering reliable transport operation with a new type of organic spacecraft, The PFS looked to control more of its employees’ lives by offering everything they needed. It moved to not only supply, but control the colonies it was supplying. Through this is began to control some of the most expansive territory known to man. Nobody can pinpoint the exact moment, but this expansion eroded the partnership between the early partners which has led to a rivalry and conflict between the PFS and the Shonian Union that stands to this day.
These days the PFS is known for expanding into any territory it finds, using its own reliable machinery to give it the edge.

Gauntlet: Light Recon Mech. The Gauntlet has an angular frame with several modular hardpoints. It is armed with a vulcan machine gun in the right arm and a light laser cannon in each side of the torso. It is also equipped with a complement of remote observation drones.
Titan: Heavy Assault Mech. The Titanhas a reinforced frame with several modular hardpoints. It is armed with a rotary autocannon in each arm and a long-range missile pack in each side of the torso. It is also equipped with an anti-missile system mounted in the right shoulder.
Leopard: Medium Aerospace Mech. The Leopard has a sleek frame with fusion engines. It is armed with a particle cannon in each arm and a long-range missile pack in each side of the torso. It is also equipped with an extended-duration life support system.
Badger: Heavy Artillery Mech. The Badger has a heavily armored frame with several modular hardpoints. It is armed with a long-range missile pack in each arm and a long-range missile pack in each side of the torso. It is also equipped with a complement of remote target marking drones.
