The Lockmoon Federation is a country consisting of several small cities joining solely under the interest of the Lockemoon guild and other larger merchant companies to make a unified front against the oppression of Drangar. they love bureaucracy, and they love to make sure that everything is up to their standards.
The lockemoon federation came into being out of a mutual interest as previously stated, but the actual negotiations were left only to the business' CEOs behind closed doors. There is a rumour that a transcript is located in Lockemoon HQ's vault.
