Ovondok, The Admired

Ovondok is a blue adult dragon with letters or symbols engraved on some of it's prominent scales. He is so full of himself that he tends to forget names and just randomly invents some random nicknames instead. He was first seen near the end of 835 P.D. When he attacked the village of Rivervale with the Cult of the Caustic Heart . 
It is still unknown what this dangerous dragon is after or why he has aligned himself with the cult.
