Personal history
Coming from humble stock, you grew up in Asarius the city of beasts. Your family owned a tavern that was quite popular when you were very young. Around that time your father went to fight in a battle on the border Xhorhas, his battalion overcome and him losing his life. The Kryn Dynasty always gives some recompense to those families who have lost loved ones in battle, but full on war was not raging yet so the stipend was small. Quickly burning through saving funds, your mother began to struggle, the bar patrons no longer joyous and generous but shift criminals and back-alley dealing now made up the clientele. As soon as you could helped your mother in the tavern in the daytime and fought in the fighting pits at night.
It was during one of these fights that Ailred of den Thelyss noticed you, on the lookout for an apprentice and bodyguard, he stole you away after the fight and offered to train you and pay you handsomely for it. The only expectation was that you come live in Rosohna. You spent 5 years in the Rosohna, learning what you could and meeting a drow maid of your master by the name Orella. Quickly connecting with one another and bond was forming. You had to accompany Realm-seeker soon though on a long journey that would take you into the Menagerie Coast looking for signs of more beacons of the The Luxon. Moving past the Wuyun Gorge at night, you were assaulted by a small band of Righteous Brand soldiers lead by what seemed to be a General. A battle broke out between your 3 guards, Realm-seeker, and you. Drawing the short stick, you came face to face with the General, his breastplate blazoned an eagle atop it, a plumed red mohawked helmet and a red cape over the left shoulder. He began breaking you, closing for the kill a few times. Realm-seeker saved you by pushing you out of the way and parrying the “Red Eagle”. As you looked back to your Master to aid, he yelled “Run!!” as a knife spilled blood from his throat. My rage is my connection to my father. I feel like he's watching and I get excited when I feel pain.
