Oceanus
Oceanus was born to the Manaan tribe of sea elves residing in the Lucidian Ocean. He was chosen as an honored protector of the tribe when he came of age. He was tasked with investigating a suspicious ship that passed through their waters. He was taken prisoner and tortured.
