Revel's End

Revel's End is a high-security Imperial Detention Centre, located on the rugged and inhospitable shore of the Emerald Gulch. A small, and hard-to-find pass leads to the prison from the western side, deep in the Empire. It is said some daring ship captains from the Dynasty know the way to reach the prison from the seaward side.
