Axe of the Earthen Spirits

At first glance, this greataxe closely resembles the Axe of the Bloodless, with the same beautiful wooden shape to its haft and a series of faintly luminescent runes along the twin blades. However, rich, warm color has seeped into the bone-white haft, turning it a beautiful living brown. The necromantic runes have been replaced with signs of evocation and earthen power. They shine with a soft orange glow that shifts like firelight.

You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
As an action, you may swing the axe straight down into the earth to generate a powerful earthquake in a 10 foot radius, affecting creatures of your choice. This earthquake has the same effect as tremor and has a DC of 16. After you have used this ability, you must finish a short or long rest before you can use it again.
You ignore ground-based difficult terrain when you take the dash action.
When you are not raging, you may use the shape earth cantrip at will.
Proficiency with a greataxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
