Ashguard Garrison Retaken

Military action

The Dwendalian Empire launched a counteroffensive in response to the assault on Hupperdook, by attempting to retake the Ashguard Garrison. While the counterattack was successful, the loss of lives on both sides made it a Pyrrhic victory at best.   This military action brought the war back to a central point, as neither government any longer held territory within the other's borders.
