The goal of Recyc is to preserve and repurpose as much materiel as possible. In those cases where destruction is necessary plasma furnaces/converters are used. This allows hazardous materials to be utterly destroyed while providing both power and building materials for the towers as a side effect. This would include the disposal of corpses and other biohazardous waste.
