A trinity of rights guaranteed by--and fundamental to--the Diaspora Accords: "Every being is guaranteed Food, Heat, and Air."
While these guarantees may seem minimal, they are seen as representing that all organizations and agencies involved in the Exodus are obligated to do whatever they can to guarantee the survival of all participants.
