Cecil
Cecil is a Ghoul that works for Wilhelm Krüger. He was the first monster the necromancer subjugated. Although the monster is a bit of a coward Krüger had a lot of uses for him in the beginning of his stay in The City. That changed once Krüger started recruiting more and more servants. He decided eventually to assign the ghoul to his apprentice Emma.
As all ghouls Cecil can change into a variety of animals although he prefers the shape of a black cat and that of a hyena. In his human form he looks like a scruffy man with a grey beard.
