Clara
Clara is a Human living at The Royal and Angel, working for Wilhelm Krüger. She is a young woman who used to study law and used the skills she learned there to assume a position in Krüger inner circle. She manages all the mortals living in the royal and angel. The human first got on Krügers radar because Andromeda brought to his attention the fact that the men inside his lair will regularly force themselves on women. Because of her, the Monster Lord instituted a rule against that. This is relatively unusualy and has resulted in a large population of mortal women at the royal and angel.
Clara has a sister, Lea. She is not aware that her sister is a monster however.
