Grace Thorn
Grace Thorn is a fledgling witch that calls herself a Diabolist. She is in her early twenties and has only started dabbling in magic in the last couple of months. She still regularly get fairly basic books from the Nic Nac Nook. But Sybarite vouches for her, claiming that she is not only very smart but on the right tracks concerning her studies of demons and only held back by a lack of resources and connections.
Thorn claims to have summoned a demon that she parades around by an inscribed iron chain that is locked around it's head. The aspiring diabolist will tell anyone that listens that the red-skinned, horned woman is a terrible member of the cabal who she could unleash at any point - but for anyone with even a bit of knowledge it's fairly clear that she is just a female devil. Nevertheless Thorn has leveraged this deterrence into a fairly comfortable position as a rienzi lady. She has maybe a dozen or more mortals and two Zombi working for her. Though it's unclear whether that's because of her supposed demon or her beauty. The other lords leave her alone for the most part. Krüger heavily suspects that the witch and the devil are romantically involved or at least friends. Since spying with his birds and rats has revealed that the chain comes off immediately when they are behind closed doors.
