Rienzi
The Rienzi are arguably the most powerful and certainly the most dangerous pro-monster faction. Their mandate is clear: Monsters should rule mankind. The underpinning statement of this is that The strong should rule the weak.
The Rienzi structure is essentially feudal, with powerful monsters operating as lords under a king, controlling a territory usually encompassing several city blocks, and including a number of minor monsters as lieutenants, and a few hundred mortals as peasants. Within their domain, the monster lord's word is law, and it is his responsibility to maintain order, but also to protect that domain against external threats. For a surprising number of mortals, this arrangement is not only acceptable but even desirable, as it affords a great deal of freedom and possibilities for advancement and power, for those mortals willing to accept a different lifestyle. For some, just the protection from other powerful monsters is enough of a draw. For others, it is certain that the potential to gain immortality from the monster lord is a huge draw for ambitious mortals.
The Rienzi are thought to have existed centuries before Revelation, but in the shadows. Since Revelation, however, they have begun to operate openly. The Rienzi are not aggressive towards human civilization, and clearly do not seek open warfare. As one might expect of an organization of of immortals, they work long-term - building their plans slowly and carefully, always moving towards their goal, the subjugation of mankind under monster rule.
