Heather
Heather is the administrator of the royal and angel. The Atom-Zombie used to work for a Hollowman called Warren. Her former employer enjoyed moderate success but she concluded that too much of it was due to her success. Heather voluntarily let herself be taken prisoner and be sold at Flesh to find employment with a suitable monster lord or lady. Wilhelm Krüger found her and she worked for her ever since.
