Half-Monster Zone

The HMZ, or Half-Monster Zone, is the middle zone of The City where there are both monsters and mortals live. There is damage to many of the buildings, and most are abandoned. The surviving human population has been forced to improvise, building makeshift shelters out of whatever materials they can find. Humans living in this zone have adapted to their new reality and continues to survive in the new, harsh environment. They scavenge for food and resources, and brave the dangers in search of supplies.
