Nutz Kutz is a butchershop located in Night City. It is run by the Ogre Ur Esen. When stepping inside, the smell of death and rotten meat hits one like a wall. The place is full of hanging meats and meat-cuts. There are several large butcher tables, an impressive array of cleavers and other cutting weapons, and multi-storey freezers that seem to be from a morgue.But there are no humanoid carcasses.

Ur Esen employs a delivery boy called Butane. A strange creature consisting of a large, bloated head that vaguely resembles a bald old man with pursed lips, a wrinkly face with jowls, and large pop-eyes. Underneath it dangle a bunch of frail-looking strings that give the impression of vicera, or veins, or nerves.
