Rice

Major Rice is a soldier in the human military. After false intel from Mulliget he initiated a missile strike against the royal and angel hotel. He was subsequently demoted because Wilhelm Krüger managed to avert the attack. He has a set of cybernetic enhacements in his face and arm though the extend of it is not known.
