Dionysis of Katanya, Sister of Hecate, Priestess of Sekmet, Siren of Endor
Velenu is the woman responsible for turning Thomas into a Zombi. She tricked him into becoming an immortal by forcing him to engage in questionable acts with another Warlock, much to their delight and the torment of Thomas. She recently returned to The City to reclaim Thomas as her own. Though she sports many titles she seems to be on her own in The City.
