Mir'ek
Mir'ek
The orcs called her “Mir’ek” – “child of bear” – an honorific, for the bear is sacred to Luthic. And, though she was a slave, they taught her to fight and ensured she would win, but they despised her mixed blood and gentle empathy towards the creatures and those around her. Vowing to crush Mir'ek's spirit, Urzul took as much joy in Mir'ek's persecution as in her victories in the fighting pits, and crush her it nearly did.
Although she does not talk of her past, the scars of her heritage are scattered across her body, but the horrors she endured, and what was needed to escape them, she chooses not to speak of.
The goddess guides her now, speaking over the pain and the clamouring voices and visions of those she has killed, offering strength in inner peace and the certainty of a better path to victory.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
A young, red-headed orc, Mir’ek is not usually a lady of many words. Although she appears dressed for battle and her brawn is certainly impressive, she prefers to let her words do the talking, albeit clumsy as they are.
