Zav, once known for his cunning at the battle of Isiris, now leads The Venators. He is a powerful warrior and tactful mage, descended from a now dead line of Archdevils.
Zav rules the outer rings of Tantlin with an iron fist, quelling any possible uprisings well before they start. His lieutenants are paid well in exchange for their loyalty.
He is open to negotiation -- as long as he can come out ahead.
