Othelstan

Captain Othelstan is a male human and dragonsoul within the Cult of the Dragon. A local of the town, he supervised their operations in Parnast, overseeing the delivery of treasure to Skyreach Castle before its final shipment to the Well of Dragons. In 1489 DR, he failed to stop a group of adventurers stealing a number of wyverns from the town stable and pursuing Skyreach Castle. Following this, his forces in Parnast were forcibly evicted by ogres under the command of Blagothkus.
