Shadow Thieves

The Shadow Thieves are a secret criminal organisation based in the Amnian city of Crimmor. They deal in all manner of illicit trades, such as thievery, drugs, smuggling, racketeering, piracy, ransoming, and murder. The Shadow thieves are ruled by House Dannihyr, who also hold a seat on the Amnian Council of Five.
