N male elf, Leader and Master of Opportunities & Negotiations of the Doom Raiders

An elf agent of the Zhentarim, Davil is currently living and working in WATERDEEP. He is a retired adventurer, who joined THE ZHENTARIM a few years ago along with some of his companions and leads a Zhent faction, THE DOOM RAIDERS who wish to forge more trade deals to maintain the veneer of the legitimacy of the Zhentarim.
His leadership duties make him the Master of Opportunities & Negotiations in his Zhentarim faction.
His desire for peace in the streets appears genuine enough in the aftermath of a failed takeover of THE XANATHAR GUILD by a recently-arrived, rival Black Network gang, led by MANSHOON. Fearful of reprisal from the authorities, the Davil is looking to distance himself from his Zhent brothers in Manshoon's gang. He also suspects that war on the streets will not be good for any attempts to create legitimate business opportunities.
Davil is always on the lookout for new recruits to his faction to help maintain order, foster trade deals and enhance the reputation of his faction.
He is under the protection and watchful eye of YAGRA STONEFIST, a Black Network mercenary who has been paid to guard him.
