THE MANSHOONIANS

A sub-faction of THE ZHENTARIM, the Manshoonian Zhents have started a war with THE XANATHAR GUILD in WATERDEEP.  
They are more ruthless and less politically-minded than other Zhentarim in the city. They wish to make money and lots of it, in order to push MANSHOON to the summit of power in Waterdeep.
