A flotilla of carnival ships which travel the Sword Coast, the Sea Maidens Faire is a cover for JARLAXLE and BREGAN D'AERTHE.  
Jarlaxle is magically disguised as Captain ZARDOZ ZORD of Luskan. Unless magically compelled to do so, none of the carnival's crew who know of this subterfuge will spill this secret.
